Welcome to The Pilates Plan. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms.

All products are Pilates equipment parts and accessories. We make every effort to display product descriptions and specifications accurately. Minor variations in color or size (±1cm) may occur.

3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping
We ship from both China and North American warehouses. Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return. Please contact us before returning any item.
