Welcome to The Pilates Plan. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. General
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products
We sell Pilates equipment, replacement parts, and accessories. We make every effort to display product descriptions and specifications accurately. Colors may vary by display. Check the specifications and compatibility requirements for the particular product; a single dimensional tolerance does not apply to all products.

3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange any refund due under applicable law.

4. Shipping
We offer global delivery and eligible United States domestic delivery. Estimated US domestic delivery is 5–15 business days. Global delivery timing depends on the item and destination; contact Hedy before ordering if an estimate is not available. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days after receipt. Email hedy@thepilatesplan.com before returning an item. Hedy will confirm the return address and arrangements by email. See our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Intellectual Property
Content on this site belongs to The Pilates Plan or its respective owners or licensors. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

7. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Products must be used in accordance with the applicable instructions and safety guidance.

8. Governing Law
Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain available to you. Please contact Hedy first so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from using a court or other remedy available under applicable law.
