Delivery options

We offer global delivery and United States domestic delivery. Availability depends on the product, stock, and destination. Not every item is available through both options.

United States domestic delivery

For eligible items fulfilled within the United States and delivered to a United States address, estimated delivery is 5–15 business days. This estimate applies to the US domestic delivery option, not to international shipments or deliveries to Canada.

Global delivery

Global orders may be dispatched by our fulfillment partners from different countries. Delivery timing varies by product, destination, carrier, and customs clearance. Review the delivery information available for your order. If a destination-specific estimate is not provided, email hedy@thepilatesplan.com before placing your order to confirm availability and timing.

Shipping costs and duties

Available shipping methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout. For cross-border orders, import taxes, customs duties, or carrier clearance charges may apply. Unless expressly included in the amount collected at checkout, these charges may be payable by the recipient. Contact Hedy before ordering if you need clarification.

Large equipment

Reformers, towers, and other oversized items may require freight or scheduled delivery. Before ordering, contact Hedy to confirm access requirements, delivery arrangements, and any applicable additional charges. Do not assume that indoor placement, upstairs delivery, or assembly is included unless expressly stated for your order.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. Items from different fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. If your order is delayed, contact Hedy for an update and available options.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

Contact hedy@thepilatesplan.com promptly with your order number and any available photos or tracking details. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier and discuss an appropriate resolution. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

Returns

Request a return within 14 days after receipt by emailing Hedy before sending anything back. The return address and arrangements are confirmed by email for your order. Read our Refund Policy for the conditions and refund process.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your item. Email Hedy at hedy@thepilatesplan.com before sending anything back. The return address, shipping arrangements, and applicable costs must be confirmed with Hedy by email for your order. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law; bank processing may take additional time. See the Refund Policy for details.
